How it works

How an alliance runs, week to week.

Six to eight part-time eXp agents, matched on schedule and personality, meeting once a week with me. Coverage starts once the trust is there.

The weekly rhythm

One call holds the whole thing together.

Weekly alliance call

45 minutes

0:00Wins and numbers
Everyone reports on last week’s commitment. Hit it or missed it, you say it out loud.
0:15One script, out loud
We role-play a real conversation someone has coming up this week.
0:30Coverage for the week
Who needs a hand, and who’s free to give one.
0:40Commitments
Each member names one thing they’ll have done by the next call.

Shared calendar

Members post their open windows every Sunday night, so coverage asks go to someone who’s actually free.

Alliance thread

Quick questions between calls: a contract clause, a pricing gut check, a script for a tricky seller.

Coverage

Three rules make coverage work.

Coverage is where informal agent partnerships fall apart. These rules keep an alliance together.

Everyone is at the same brokerage.

Agency rules keep showing coverage inside one brokerage, so every member is with eXp Realty. If you’re somewhere else today, we talk through the move on your fit call.

Clients stay with the agent who found them.

Every member signs a non-solicit agreement. Covering a showing never changes who represents the client.

Coverage gets paid, every time.

Your alliance agrees on a flat showing fee or referral split before the first swap: [FEE STRUCTURE]. Payment runs through the brokerage.

The first 90 days

Trust first. Coverage second.

Month one

Accountability only

Weekly calls, shared numbers and scripts. You learn how every member works before anyone meets your client.

Month two

First swaps

Members start covering showings and open houses for each other.

Month three and on

Full backup

Showings, open houses and first-response calls whenever someone’s stuck at their other job.

Who fits

Alliances work when the people fit.

I screen every application for schedule and personality. That’s what keeps the weekly call worth showing up for.

You’ll fit if

  • You’re licensed and working part-time on purpose, at least for now.
  • You’re with eXp Realty, or open to joining.
  • You’ll show up to a weekly call, every week.
  • You’d cover for someone the way you’d want to be covered.
  • You want structure and honest feedback.

This isn’t for you if

  • You want leads handed to you.
  • You can’t protect 45 minutes a week.
  • You’re set on staying at your current brokerage.
  • You’d rather go it alone. Respect.
