If you are part-time because you don’t have the funds to be full-time like many agents, then you might not have the resources to pay for signs for new listings or Open House signs and lockboxes.

How to manage a new listing or transaction. It’s confusing and very important to get all of the documentation just right.

Solution: We provide transaction management. Even seasoned agents make mistakes. Transaction coordinators are there to help agents, who are often not good a paperwork, go out and do what they are good at, sell homes.

Slow to get started. Many agents get overwhelmed with all ways to build a business and often take forever to get started or keep getting distracted by the next shiny object.
